Seeking a Senior Manager to lead sourcing strategies for client s Distribution portfolio. Role focuses on supplier governance, category management, cost optimization, and supplier diversity while ensuring operational and strategic needs are met.
Responsibilities :
- Lead sourcing strategies, contract governance, and supplier performance.
- Oversee portfolio / category planning, negotiations, and contract approvals ($500K $10M).
- Manage cross-functional sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships.
- Drive cost savings, process improvements, and client satisfaction.
- Lead a high-performing team of Portfolio Managers, Procurement Managers, and Category Leads.

Compensation :
The annual starting salary for this position is between $151,000 $224,000 annually.
