Role Overview
As the Service Manager I, youâll have a big mission. If you choose to accept it, your mission will be to coordinate the work of employees who repair and maintain buildings / facilities. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. May be involved in new construction or modification of existing properties. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of supplies for repairs and monthly maintenance budget monitoring.â¯Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as âwhatâ was done here at BH!
