Sr Manager – Reliability services Application & Platform Maintenance
Base pay range : $120,000.00 / yr - $207,000.00 / yr
Johnson & Johnson Technology Services (JJTS) is recruiting for a Sr Manager – Reliability services Application & Platform Maintenance - SAP Business Service supporting ERP Domain for North America. This position will be based in Raritan, NJ. The role oversees SAP Supply Chain Business Services; reports to the Director, ERP Services.
Key responsibilities :
- Service Level Management : Ensure IT service levels for current services and target future services; manage SLAs / OLAs / contracts, define service level requirements, monitor / report service levels, perform CSI initiatives, manage data / compliance assessments, and handle NC / CAPA as needed.
- Application & Technology Portfolio Management : Analyze portfolio scope, identify opportunities, manage the portfolio of business applications under AM support, maintain CMDB data accuracy, partner with App Dev and Infrastructure on ALM / TLM initiatives, and perform impact assessment and high-level cost estimates.
- Financial Management : Own vendor work orders and approve vendor invoices.
- Incident Management : Own end-to-end incident management for SAP Supply Chain Business Services; collaborate with other teams for efficient investigation, monitor known errors, communicate major incidents to business / BT.
- Problem Management : Guide root-cause analysis, prioritization, and communication to business / BT.
- Knowledge Management : Promote KM best practices, contribute to KCS Council, maintain knowledge repositories, and manage knowledge lifecycle.
- Continuous Service Improvement : Use KPIs and customer feedback to identify improvements, enable self-service and automation, and collaborate with Technology Product Owners and other Service Managers on process improvements.
Daily activities include :
Collaborating with Business partners, Technology Product Owners, developers, SaaS vendors, and architects to drive reliable SAP Supply Chain Services (plan, source, manufacturing, transportation, and finance).Ensuring high availability and reliability of revenue-critical systems by monitoring availability and performance; conducting Production Readiness reviews and ensuring adequate operational capacity.Interacting with global technologists to build and maintain global / regional services and strong working relationships.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.Experience and Skills : 10+ years supporting and administering SAP applications and technologies (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, ECC, BW, SRM, GRC, SAP Business Objects, NetWeaver Portal, Gateway / Fiori, LVM, Web Dispatcher); experience with ECC to S / 4HANA transformations (Green Field / Brown Field) preferred; S / 4HANA and / or ECC functional module experience required; hands-on S / 4HANA certifications preferred; ITIL processes familiarity (incident, change, problem, release management); experience managing financials and vendor invoices; leadership and performance management experience; familiarity with SAP, Informatica, Tableau, WebMethods; strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and work independently; willingness to travel ~10% (domestic / international).Other : Ability to build, champion, and manage partner relationships; strong written and verbal communication; strategic thinker with prioritization skills; comfortable working in diverse, global environments.EEO and accommodations : Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
