Job Title : Program Director (Compliance Officer / Quality Assurance Coordinator)
Location : Montana Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP), Adult Group Homes
Reports To : Executive Director
Position Summary :
The Program Director is responsible for the overall management and leadership of Adult Group Homes within the Developmental Disabilities Program (DDP) in Montana. This position combines the duties of Program Director, Compliance Officer, and Quality Assurance Coordinator. The successful candidate will oversee group home operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead quality assurance initiatives to deliver high-quality residential services to adults with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of Adult Group Homes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans for adult residents.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate group home staff to ensure effective and compassionate service delivery.
- Serve as the primary Compliance Officer, monitoring and ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and internal policies specific to adult group home settings.
- Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures for residential services.
- Conduct regular audits, prepare compliance reports, and communicate findings to leadership.
- Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead quality assurance efforts, including program evaluation, data collection, and analysis to monitor and improve the quality of residential services.
- Develop and deliver staff training on compliance and quality standards for adult group homes.
- Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives based on evaluation findings.
- Collaborate with residents, families, staff, and external partners to support and enhance group home service delivery.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in human services, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).Experience in program management, compliance, and / or quality assurance, preferably in adult group homes, developmental disabilities, or human services.Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to adult group homes and developmental disabilities.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to analyze data, conduct audits, and implement improvement plans.Commitment to person-centered service and continuous improvement.
