A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize their revenue operations function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the revenue tech stack, focusing on Salesforce to support go-to-market strategies
Build scalable, data-driven workflows to enhance efficiency across the revenue lifecycle
Design and execute compensation audit processes to ensure fairness and alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in scaling revenue operations in a high-growth environment (ideally from $100M+ toward $1B)
Deep expertise in Salesforce; Salesforce Admin certification preferred (Developer certification a plus)
Experience managing compensation plans, territory design, and complex workflows
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy (SQL proficiency a plus)
Experience mentoring or managing team members
