Position Overview :
We are seeking a Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication efforts. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the coordination and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with planning and organizing promotional and event communications.
- Coordinate communication between teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain event and campaign documentation, schedules, and contact lists.
- Support managers with meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up notes.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support marketing and communications departments.
- Ensure consistent messaging and professional representation of the company at all times.
Qualifications :
