About SHAY

Founded in Beverly Hills in 2004 by mother-daughter duo Ladan and Tanaz, SHAY is a fine jewelry brand celebrated for its sculptural 18-karat gold designs and use of exceptional diamonds and gemstones. Our collectors include Beyoncé, Hailey Bieber, and Jennifer Lopez, and our pieces are stocked at leading retailers like Harrods, Neiman Marcus, Dover Street Market, and Net-a-Porter.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organized Senior Wholesale Account Manager to manage and grow key retail accounts, drive sales, and ensure seamless communication across partners. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s detail-oriented, service-minded, and ready to be part of a fast-paced luxury team.

You’ll work directly with leadership, manage global buyers, oversee order flow and logistics, and play an integral role in SHAY’s growth with the opportunity to evolve into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with key wholesale accounts and luxury retailers
  • Identify new opportunities to expand SHAY’s presence in existing and new markets
  • Maintain relationships with buyers to ensure strong sell-through and reorders
  • Handle orders, POs, invoices, and account data accurately and efficiently
  • Data entry
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and marketing to ensure timely delivery and alignment
  • Support market appointments, trade shows, and showroom meetings
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to retail partners

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in luxury wholesale, fashion, or fine jewelry
  • Proven track record managing high-end retail accounts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, EDI / UPC systems, and Microsoft / Google Suites
  • Passion for fine jewelry, luxury, and client experience
  • Based in Los Angeles (in-office role)
