Future Talent Program Co-op Position
The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
We are looking for a driven, business-savvy individual with a proven track record of leadership, to assist in the management of key Swine brand marketing projects. The individual will report to the Marketing Director but also assist in the management of key projects for Swine team members, including our technical services veterinarians, and our Executive Director.
The projects help drive growth for our innovative products across the world, by strengthening our understanding of, and communications to, several stakeholders the internal marketing and sales teams, customers, and broader swine industry.
The job scope and primary focus for this position is to actively support the Global Marketing Swine strategy across the regions and territories via coordination and execution of marketing activities including :
Candidates must be currently in the process of earning a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Candidates must be majoring in Business, Marketing, Animal Biology / Animal Science, Communications or English.
Candidates must be able to apply critical thinking to carry out instructions and make rapid, disciplined decisions within scope of authority. Candidates must be able to use problem solving skills involving several variables. Candidates must be able to follow policies and procedures. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Candidate must be able to work independently.
Candidates should have excellent English communication skills, oral and written. Candidates should have digital marketing proficiency / experience. Candidates should have leadership roles during college. Candidates should have additional language fluency. Candidates should have previous experience working in consumer or professional marketing, PR or advertising. Candidate should have previous experience working with, or demonstrated passion for animals.

Salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
