Job Description

We are looking to add a Materials Clerk to our team at our West Branch, IA location.

Responsibilities for this position include :

  • Data entry for shipments
  • Pulling and entering inventory tags
  • Performing floor inventory
  • Receiving incoming material and properly tagging material
  • Scanning and copying packing slips
  • Organizing material and totes in the receivable area
  • Testing / training new Material Handlers
  • Monitoring forklift repairs / maintenance
  • Driving parts to customers

Experience Required :

  • Qualified candidates must be proficient in computer operations
  • Innovative and willing to help find new solutions in making receivable processes more efficient
  • Have previous forklift experience or be willing to be trained to operate a forklift
  • Hold a valid State of Iowa driver's license
  • Previous experience in material receiving in a manufacturing facility is preferred but not required

    • 7am to 3pm

    40+ hours / week
