Data Scientist
Communication Federal Credit Union is seeking a Data Scientist to support enterprise-level analytics and data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for applying statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning to large datasets in order to strengthen member engagement, improve financial performance, and drive strategic growth.
What You'll Do :
Collecting, preparing, and validating structured and unstructured data.Designing and deploying predictive and prescriptive models.Performing statistical analysis and advanced modeling to solve business challenges.Developing dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.Partnering with business and IT teams to ensure data integrity and scalability.Translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions.Education and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field required; Master's preferred.3–5 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or related field.Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with R preferred.Knowledge of machine learning techniques, predictive modeling, and visualization platforms.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and big data technologies preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
