Your Role :

As an RN Team Member, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing compassionate advice and support to residents and their families.
• Monitoring residents and administering medications and treatments with care.
• Documenting resident care services accurately in records.
• Ensuring safety by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to resolve resident needs and concerns.
• Upholding the highest standards of care in line with our facility's philosophies.
• Maintaining resident confidentiality and trust.
