Registered Nurse Concept Development

A company is looking for a Concept Development Analyst to lead the identification, creation, and implementation of innovative concepts in healthcare billing and coding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the exploration and execution of innovative concepts in healthcare billing and coding

Identify and implement coding and billing logic development opportunities

Collaborate with various teams to drive results and educate Audit Operations leaders on audit opportunities

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse required; Bachelor's or Graduate degree preferred

AAPC or AHIMA coding certification preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or auditing

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and healthcare coding systems and methodologies

Prior auditing or consulting experience in a provider or payer environment is desirable
