Generate HR reports and assist with audits and policy updates. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist or related role. Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
