FT Nights and EVERY weekend (5x8s, 11 : 00p-7 : 30a), potential for holiday.

LPN Full Time + every weekend (40 hours)

Required : NY LPN Licensure, BLS (AHA or RQI specifically)

1 year experience as LPN,
