About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising high-quality, individualized ABA therapy programs. You will make a direct impact on our clients' lives while providing mentorship to clinical staff and fostering collaborative relationships with families. This is an in-center position offering a structured schedule and a supportive environment focused on professional growth and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Leadership & Program Development :
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments using tools such as the VB-MAPP, AFLS, and Social Skills Solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement individualized, research-based treatment programs tailored to each client's needs.
- Continuously analyze client progress data to make data-driven decisions and update programs accordingly.
- Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and payer requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.Valid BLS / CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).Clear criminal background check.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families.Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds, sit on the floor, bend, kneel, and engage in other physically active tasks as required.Benefits
