Base pay range

$70,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr

Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Manufacturing industry background
  • Exigence implement process improvements to reduce cost, increase efficiency and improve working conditions, is preferred

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Support company efficiency improvement projects intended to optimize production performance including but not limited to operational improvement processes, waste reductions, and problem solving methods.
  • Focus will be on continuous improvement processes using identified metrics that support safety, quality, delivery, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Analyze current processes as well as research and analyze technical data to identify process inefficiencies and determine potential solutions and / or improvement opportunity areas.
  • Report on improvement suggestions and assist with implementation and training on approved improvement solutions.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce cost, increase efficiency and improve working conditions at all sites.
  • Analyze how process changes will affect overall production and the products.
  • Perform compliance auditing for 5S, standardized work, process point maintenance, and ownership maintenance.
  • Prepare detailed audit follow-up documentation with suggested improvements information.
  • Support manufacturing shop floor improvements at all sites.
  • Teach ADSNA 3 pillar fundamental classes.
  • Assist in prioritizing improvement plans to meet company goals, including long term forecasting / impact with all stakeholders.
  • Perform actual line-side time study analysis.
