Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Integration Specialist with strong Salesforce expertise to design, maintain, and optimize integrations across our enterprise systems landscape. This role will focus on building, monitoring, and enhancing data and process flows between Salesforce and key platforms such as NetSuite, Stripe, 3PL / warehouse systems, and custom APIs. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting systems to streamline business processes, reduce manual work, and ensure data consistency. This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of API-based integrations and data hygiene best practices.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities :

Integration Design, Development & Monitoring

  • Design, build, and maintain system integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications (ERP, 3PL, eCommerce, etc.)
  • Develop and support integrations using tools such as Salesforce Flow, Apex code, and Boomi
  • Monitor integration dashboards and proactively resolve failures or performance issues
  • Partner with business users to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related questions

Salesforce Expertise & System Support

  • Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Salesforce workflows, automations, and reporting
  • Support data migrations and system enhancements during upgrades or new technology implementations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for integration projects
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and other teams to streamline end-to-end processes
  • Own documentation of integration architecture, standards, and best practices
  • Data Quality & Governance (Supporting)

  • Ensure integration processes maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Implement data validation and reconciliation processes as part of integration workflows
  • Support compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, or active certifications in these platforms
  • Prior experience with data extract / transform / load (ETL) pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with IPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, etc.)
  • Proficiency with multiple data technologies & tools such as Excel, SQL, REST APIs, graphQL, etc.
  • Ability to program with Python is preferred but ability to learn and onboard quickly is also acceptable.
  • Familiarity with data formats such as XML and JSON
  • Strong understanding of integration techniques and best practices
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and data privacy regulations
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability leading technical conversations with a wide range of stakeholders and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred, but not Required :

  • Experience with Databricks and / or AWS S3 & RedShift
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and tax automation tools (e.g., Avalara)
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and 3PL integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
