Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Agile Scrum Master - Kennesaw, Richmond, Chicago, TX to join their team. The role supports multiple project teams within the Technology Department. The ideal candidate will have strong soft skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Details

Job Title : Agile Scrum Master

Locations : Kennesaw, GA; Richmond, VA; Chicago, IL; Plano, TX

Schedule : Hybrid (3x on-site per week). Candidates applying must be local to one of the listed areas.

Pay Range : $65-$70 / hr W2 (We cannot work on C2C, C2H, 1099, or third parties)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, backlogs, and reports.
  • Support teams in adopting Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of Lean Agile SDLC processes.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Jira, including report generation and backlog management.
  • Experience leading discussions, creating clear documentation, and facilitating learning within teams.
  • Excellent soft skills, including communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, managers, and global teams in a fast-paced environment.
