We’re looking for a Senior Creative Direction Manager to help lead and deliver bold, brand-building work across our high-impact creative initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, helping to guide creative development from big idea to final execution—supporting our photo and video brand libraries. As part of T-Studios, you’ll partner closely with designers, copywriters, editors, studio managers, and business leaders to develop integrated creative that moves the brand forward and drives real results. You’ll plan and execute brand photo and video shoots, present ideas to leadership, and mentor teams across disciplines with clarity, confidence, and care. This is a role for someone who brings vision, builds trust, and doesn’t mind getting into the details. You leave your ego at the door, bring people along, and push for work that’s smart, fast, and feels like T-Mobile.

Benefits and Other Information
At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Base Pay Range : $86,900 - $156,700. Corporate Bonus Target : 15%. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
