Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement core training programs, including onboarding and continuous training
Create and customize training programs to attract and retain talent focused on career pathing
Oversee quality control and evaluation strategies for training programs and collaborate with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in building and scaling training programs
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Experience in developing digital training strategies
Strong influencing skills and ability to work collaboratively
Proven track record of building high-performing teams
