We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Patient Volume : 8 - 12 per day

Requirements :

• Licensure : WI license (willing to accept temp as placeholder) and Active DEA
• Experience Required : 2 years
• Certification : DMD or DDS
• Life Support Certifications : BLS
