Associate Brand Manager

LaSalle Network is partnered with a building manufacturing company in Chicago looking to hire an Associate Brand Manager to cover a 6-month contract maternity leave with the possibility to extend or convert to a permanent employee!

Our client is a globally recognized leader in the outdoor living sector, known for innovative, low-maintenance, and eco-friendly products that are redefining the premium deck and exterior trim market. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate Brand Manager to join their team and help shape the future trajectory of a key product category.

Associate Brand Manager Responsibilities :

  • Assist in developing and implementing the annual brand marketing plan and go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis, and interpret sales data, market share, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Act as the brand steward, collaborating with creative agencies to develop and ensure consistency across all marketing assets and channels.
  • Create high-impact sales enablement tools and presentations to support the commercial team (Sales, Dealers, etc.).
  • Support the Brand Manager in managing the product portfolio, including packaging updates and product line rationalization.

Associate Brand Manager Requirements :

  • MBA preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a similar analytical marketing role.
  • Demonstrated analytical proficiency, with the ability to interpret data, spreadsheets, and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Exceptional project management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales, R&D, Finance).
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of multi-channel distribution (e.g., retail, dealer network) is a plus.
