Agile Team Lead

A company is looking for an Agile Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Scrum Masters across multiple agile release trains

Champion Lean-Agile principles and support Agile transformation efforts across the organization

Build and evolve Agile communities of practice and mentor Scrum Masters through their development

Required Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years of experience

Experience leading or coaching Scrum Masters in a scaled Agile environment

Practical application of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks

Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and driving cultural change

Conflict resolution and servant leadership skills
