Description
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Sr. Customer Marketing Manager in our Franklin, WI office to manage the performance of our brands across various customers for our Central Specialty Business.
The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will play a primary role in the development and execution of strategies to foster customer loyalty, engagement and retention by synchronizing efforts across our brand management and sales teams. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships to drive revenue growth and brand advocacy. Responsible for implementation and measurement of sales strategy and execution, including trade promotion strategy, funding, measurement, and optimization, as well as new and expanded distribution targeting, presentations, measurement, price list management, and pricing strategies.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Responsible for leading the development of profitable retail trade drivers with sales via our retail partners.
- Work with the marketing team to translate the long term brand strategic plans (vision, consumer proposition, and consumer insight) to specific trade channel strategies and tactics
- Develop trade programs and increase brand market share.
- Work with business unit finance teams and sales to ensure tracking of trade
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Partner with marketing team to provide feedback from customers to inform product development and enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree (BA / BS) with minimum 3-5 years experience in Field Sales or Customer Marketing.Strong understanding of Sales functions, Customer Management, and Consumer Marketing.Proven analytical skillsAbility and confidence to interact with management in formal presentations and in situations with senior customer representatives.Thorough P&L knowledge.Analytical ROI focused.Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Proficient in using data analytics tools to measure and optimize sales and marketing performance.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and other data analysis tools, SAP experience a plusWORKING CONDITIONS
Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and average at least 40 hours a week.
