Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams.
• Analyze and document current and future state workflows for property valuation, order management, reconciliation and audit.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents, User Stories, Process Flows, Wireframes and Data Mapping Documents.
• Work with different stakeholders to integrate data sources and define SLAs and success criteria.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integration design (API specifications, file feeds, triggers)
• Drive UAT planning and execution, including creation of test scenarios, coordination with QA teas, and business sign-off.
• Act as liaison between business users and engineering teams to resolve clarifications and change requests.
• Support product roadmap development and backlog grooming sessions in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Ensure regulatory and investor requirements related to valuations are accurately captured and addressed.
