We are expanding our digital sales and marketing efforts and seeking someone to drive an omni-channel approach that builds awareness, generates interest, and grows sales through strong cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you’ll bring experience using AI-powered and online prospecting tools and in-person customer engagement. You’ll partner closely with clinical applications and marketing to fuel your efforts with targeted content and education programs, to generate and convert qualified leads. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing in Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

  • Pilot digital sales strategies to sell capital and disposable Sentec products
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, using ai CRM tools, ABM strategies, social listening, online prospecting, lead enrichment alongside traditional outreach methods
  • Work with clinical applications specialists to provide in-service education, training, technical support
  • Hit the field for strategic in-person visits, backing up your digital outreach with face-to-face influence
  • Align with marketing to deploy tailored campaigns, content, and educational programs that accelerate deals

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management or related field
  • minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience, including 2+ years selling to enterprise customers (experience in medical or pharma sales considered an asset) to educated, demanding customers
  • Ability to focus on clinical value as business value, challenger-model selling, and ability to convey big-picture vision to customer
  • Proven outbound sales expertise in a digital setting, including ability to generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and strategic outbound campaigns
  • Demonstrated record of trying new tactics, pushing beyond traditional methods to convert
  • Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and any other required vaccinations as needed for vendor credentialing
  • Must maintain an active professional LinkedIn profile
  • Up to 20% overnight travel required

  • salary : $85,000-95,000 plus variable commission
