What the Role Involves :

We are looking for a Manager, Engineering who will be responsible for leading a team of engineers that provides specialized refrigeration engineering support for specific After Market Services (AMS) customers / projects. This individual will be the expert to support and manage the whole Engineering department needs and future planning in accordance with The AMS Team business goals. This position will responsible for leading and developing the Scope of Work, Engineering Legends, Refrigeration Drawings, parts lists, equipment selection, and technical summaries. This role will ensure that we meet our customers needs and help them with troubleshooting. This person will also be responsible for collaborating with leaders from multiple functions to resolve challenges and develop processes to ensure the companys success.

Basic Qualifications :

B.S. in Engineering

5+ years of Supermarket and / or Industrial Refrigeration experience
