Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in SeaTac, Washington.

Duties :

  • Manage project documentation including tracking, logging, and reporting
  • Develop documentation utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proof, edit and format project communications to ensure a clear standard for all documents
  • Capture key project elements and keeping concise and clear records
  • Set up and coordinate meetings
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items
  • Assist with SharePoint administration
  • Assist with recognizing, monitoring, and providing potential solutions for risks / issues

Desired Skills / Experience :

  • Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Experience working and supporting multiple teams
  • Project a customer-focused, resourceful, take initiative, pro-active approach

    • The approximate pay range for this position starting at $57,000+ . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
