Investment Management Associate
The Investment Management Associate will focus around marketing and communications. In this role you will help coordinate and liaise between internal partners and what is strategically communicated on social media and external outlets to large clientele. You will leverage investment and financial knowledge to fill in the gaps and creatively focus on strategic initiatives.
The Investment Management Associate plays an integral role in all aspects of Investment Management activities and maintains a high degree of interaction with all managers and team members within Investment Management, as well as with business partners. The Investment Associate will be instrumental in various aspects of duties in project management, investment management, research and due diligence, client reporting, compliance and performance reporting within the investment management team.

You will focus on strategic initiatives to be marketed and communicated externally to large clientele. You will work with internal partners to drive and coordinate all communication. You will be responsible for writing and coordinating any type of needed communication. You will work as a liaison to leverage resources provided and creatively express them to external partners and clients. You will be the "go-to" for all marketing and communication needs and will own and coordinate the road map for initiatives.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and 4-6 years equivalent experience in financial, accounting, or other markets. Master's degree, or experience and / or knowledge of financial markets and investments preferred. Knowledge of and / or willingness to learn various securities and investment-related products and services, i.e. domestic stocks, taxable bonds, tax-free bonds, mutual funds, and international stocks. Knowledge of mutual funds or finance-related analytical experience. Ability to prepare presentation material, including strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation software. Ensures that information is always presented in a thorough and accurate manner; precisely captures information to complete work accurately; focuses on the smaller elements and / or the fine points of material or processes. Proficient PC and software skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Works well in a team environment; self-motivated; results oriented. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner.
