We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead daily operations at a manufacturing facility in Starkville, MS. This role will oversee production, maintenance, safety, and quality while driving operational excellence and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in the pulp and paper or fabric industry, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, safety, and cost management.

General Description

• Plans, organizes, staffs, and directs all activities necessary to safely manufacture, quality products, and efficiently operation of the plant.
• Around 8 direct reports and 4-5 indirect reports
• It would be a great opportunity for a candidate currently at a Production Manager level looking to advance their career.
