OCI Therapy is expanding and currently seeking a highly skilled and driven Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team full-time at our outpatient rehabilitation facility located in Springfield, IL.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Deliver individualized treatment programs through comprehensive assessment, implementation, education, and patient engagement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed clinic expectations related to clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians and fellow clinicians to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
  • Contribute to a professional, team-oriented environment by upholding OCI’s standards and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to maximize efficiency and care delivery.

  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Illinois (candidates with pending licensure or upcoming board exams within six months are encouraged to apply).
