SRVS-Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Position Purpose :
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is a member of the clinical team that provides compassionate support
and assistance to persons with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral health challenges and require
assistance to achieve their fullest potential. The DSP provides the assistance necessary to allow the people
we serve to live independently and ensure their wellness, health, and safety. The DSP, in collaboration with
an interdisciplinary team, provides a wide range of services to meet the environmental, physical,
psychosocial, and personal needs of the persons in our care. The DSP is responsible for supporting and
implementing the individuals' vision and outcomes per the Person-Centered Support Plan. The DSP will
ensure agency compliance with policy and procedures to ensure that the persons supported are safe,
appropriately supervised and have the support they need to live independently. The DSP embraces the

Schedule Flexibility :
Please note that working hours are subject to change based on business needs. Flexibility in working hours
including evenings, weekends and location may be required.

Hourly Pay : $15.00
$150 signing bonus received after 90 days of employment.
$200 referral bonus if you refer someone and they are hired. Received after 90 days of referral's employment.
Full-time Shifts Available :
Monday-Friday (2) 3p-11p (Rotating weekends)
Monday-Friday (2) 11p-7a (Rotating weekends)
Monday-Friday (2) 7a-3p (Rotating weekends)
