Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for B2B, B2C, and B2G segments in the U.S. market
Structure, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
Drive revenue growth by opening new client segments and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial leadership roles in the U.S. market
Strong background in construction materials, glass, or building products industries
Demonstrated success in B2B, B2C, and B2G sales environments
Track record of building and leading teams with a focus on scaling operations
