• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure aircraft airworthiness.
• Coordinate with team members to manage schedules, aircraft, and manpower efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation in RAMCO and certify maintenance per FAA and company standards.
• Manage inventory, requisitions, and special tool calibration.
• Support base maintenance teams and collaborate across departments to meet operational goals.
