Construction Observer
The Construction Observer must be a hardworking, self-motivated, dependable individual able to work without supervision, who enjoys working with the public and has the ability to uphold the Town's standards. This position is responsible for a variety of duties necessary to the operation of the Community Development Department. The Construction Observer shall work at the direction of the Engineering Supervisor.
Hours : Monday through Thursday 7 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm, and Friday 7 : 00 am to 11 : 00 AM.
Additional Hours : Will be required to perform on-call duty, work weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary to meet the needs of the Town of Berthoud.

Education : High School diploma or GED required
Work Experience : One year of construction inspection or related experience required
Certificates and Licenses : The selected candidate must meet the minimum qualifications, and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience as deemed acceptable by the Town of Berthoud.
