Key Responsibilities :

• Consistently exceed personal sales targets to contribute to our store’s success.
• Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to foster learning and creativity.
• Network with local schools, churches, and community groups to generate new business opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations based on training.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience for every visitor.
• Encourage customer loyalty through excellent service and communication.
• Assist in various store operations, including merchandising and upkeep of displays.
• Ensure store security by managing access to keys and alarm codes.
• Perform additional duties as required to support store operations.
