Job Details

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll take ownership of project execution — managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations — while fostering collaboration across engineering, field, and client teams to ensure each project’s success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all phases of assigned mechanical construction projects — from planning and buyout to commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and change orders to maintain profitability and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with field leadership to plan manpower, materials, and jobsite logistics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Review project drawings, submittals, and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
• Support and mentor assistant project managers, interns, and administrative staff.
• Partner with the safety team and field foremen to promote and maintain jobsite safety compliance.
• Conduct regular project reviews, forecasting, and financial reporting to leadership.
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and final client training.
