Base pay range

$35.00 / hr - $40.00 / hr

Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to join their team for a six-month contract in Princeton, NJ. This role will oversee recruitment, manage relationships with external partners, and provide comprehensive HR administrative support. This role will drive full-cycle recruitment across North America, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract top talent in technical and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is agile, resourceful, and passionate about solving complex hiring challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Bachelor\'s degree with strong academic achievement required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience required (professional services experience strongly preferred in addition to 3+ years of corporate recruitment).
• Collaborative skills to provide value-added consultative service.

The pay for this role is $35-40 / hour. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
