A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist Senior who will coordinate regulatory, accreditation, clinical quality, and service improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple complex initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery and services
Ensure compliance of clinical and service quality improvement programs with accreditation and regulatory requirements
Conduct assessments of programs and initiatives to refine activities for improved effectiveness and outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a clinical license or Master's Degree in a related health field
Valid state clinical license preferred; Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred
Minimum three years of experience in a clinical / health care environment
Three to five years of managed care experience in a health care environment
Experience in compliance, accreditation, service, or quality improvement preferred
