To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Operations Administrator located in Milpitas, CA. Reporting to Site Operations Management, the Operations Administrator's role involves performing confidential administrative and operations support for the Milpitas site.

What a typical day looks like :

• Manages calendar, meetings, travel, and communications for Operations leadership.
• Handles confidential information, correspondence, and incoming calls / visitors / tour requests.
• Maintains records, office supplies, and support audits / certifications (e.g., ISO).
• Oversees compliance materials and supports certification processes and related projects.
• Coordinates meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Compiles data for program reports, executive presentations, and supports continuous improvement efforts.
• Assists with program planning, project coordination, and cross-functional communication.
• Drives process improvements and resolves issues impacting timelines or customer guarantees.
• Facilitates understanding of policies, procedures, and operational updates.
• Occasional travel required.
• Support Site KPI management and WFD tools maintenance.
