CommonSpirit Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Operations Manager to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This critical role will be responsible for providing financial oversight, operational analysis, and strategic support to ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of our supply chain.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, financial principles, and data analytics, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities include developing and managing the annual supply chain budget, conducting financial modeling and analysis, tracking and analyzing incoming rebates, preparing monthly financial reports, analyzing supply chain spend data, and partnering with accounting and finance teams for accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree required, with a master's degree or MBA preferred. Four to six years of healthcare finance and operations experience is required, along with experience in developing data visualizations and dashboards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills, are essential for this role.
