Slows Bar BQ, a Detroit-based award-winning restaurant known for its chef-driven spin on barbecue, craft beer, and community involvement, is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members. As a member of our crew, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
- Food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
