Description : About the Role :

The Landus Operations Management Intern will gain hands-on experience learning how Landus locations run on a day-to-day basis and what it takes to lead and manage operational teams. This internship is designed for students interested in agricultural operations, management, and leadership development. Over the summer, interns will rotate through key responsibilities and projects that provide exposure to :

• Location Operations – Understanding workflow, grain handling, agronomy services, and fuel / energy logistics.
• Leadership & People Management – Learning how to lead, motivate, and support operational teams.
• Business Management – Exposure to budgets, P&L (profit and loss) responsibilities, and the decision-making processes that drive operational success.
• Safety & Compliance – Gaining insight into the importance of safety protocols, regulations, and risk management in cooperative operations.
