Job Summary :
The Production Line Associate is responsible for supporting efficient and safe operations on the production floor by performing a variety of tasks related to packaging, quality inspection, and equipment handling. This role ensures finished products meet quality standards and are properly prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate follows safety procedures, works well in a team environment, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

- Follow all safety rules and know how to stop machinery in an emergency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around the assembly line.
- Calibrate and operate manual scales to verify product weights.
- Collect finished products from wrapper machines and inspect them for material accuracy, visual defects, and sealing quality.
- Pack inspected products in correct quantities into designated packaging containers, following verbal instructions from the Operator or Line Lead.
- Feed inspected product displays into shrink wrap machines per job specifications.
- Inspect shrink-wrapped displays for quality issues and perform rework as needed.
- Weigh and label products accurately to ensure proper quantities and packaging.
- Load finished goods onto pallets per configuration instructions for shipment.
- Assist with resolving basic mechanical issues and notify leadership when maintenance is required.
- Report any non-conforming materials, including packaging, to the Operator or Line Lead.
- Comply with all company policies, safety standards, SOPs, and ISO requirements.
- Support recycling and sustainability initiatives within the workplace.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support overall production efficiency.
- May be required to flex into other responsibilities as needed.
Education and Experience :
High School diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.Skills and Competencies :
Ability to understand and apply both written and verbal instructions.Effective oral and written communication skills.Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Ability to work well independently and within a team.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product or process issues.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with intranet systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) preferred.Physical Requirements :
Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout scheduled shift.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active manufacturing environment.This position operates in a manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.#RAL
