Job Title : Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location : Nashville, TN
Shift : 8 AM – 5 PM (Mon–Fri) | First 1–2 weeks onsite for training
Job Summary :
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage invoicing, payments, and customer communication. The role involves processing and recording payments, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting accounting projects.
Key Skills & Experience :
- Preferred : Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Self-starter, motivated, and team-oriented
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred
