What You Will Do
- Oversee a team of Flight Coordinators responsible for resolving operational issues in a 24 / 7 operations center, ensuring seamless and responsive service delivery.
- Collaborate with managers and staff across Flight Operations to define and implement best practices, procedures, and objectives that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate medium-term operational strategy for staffing, workload balance, and process improvements to meet future growth.
- Manage the training and development of Flight Coordinators, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry and technology changes.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by verifying, coordinating, and resolving customer concerns with urgency and care.
- Actively support employee career development through coaching, stretch assignments, and Individual Development Plans.
- Provide on-call leadership support for the Flight Operations Center outside of normal business hours and manage the 24 / 7 team schedule.
- Ensure all activities maintain legal and global trade compliance and contribute to continuous improvement through software and process enhancement initiatives.
- Be onsite at the Annapolis Flight Operations Center at least 80% of the work week.

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.FAA Dispatcher License and / or FAA Pilot LicensePrior experience with international flight planning and filing procedures (CFMU, NAT, Middle East, Asia, etc.)Qualifications We Prefer
