Job Summary :

As an Access / Lifeline Phone Distributor, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible individuals in our program, which offers discounted cell phone services. You will be working in various communities within Los Angeles, requiring the ability to travel. This role is pivotal in ensuring that underprivileged individuals stay connected and have access to essential communication services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with local communities to identify and enroll eligible individuals in the Access / Lifeline program.
• Educate potential enrollees about the benefits of the program and the eligibility requirements.
• Assist individuals in completing the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollments and follow up with potential clients as needed.
• Work independently to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all enrollees.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and compliance.
• Attend training sessions and stay informed about program updates and changes.
