Product Development Manager, Men's & Boys

We are seeking a talented Product Development professional to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This role oversees the end-to-end development process for Greyson Clothiers' men's and boys' product lines. This role ensures the creation of innovative, high-quality fashion products that reflect the brand's values and market positioning. The ideal candidate has manager to director level experience, highly organized, detail-oriented, and has managed the product lifecycle from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Lifecycle Management :

• Manage the development process from design concept to production approval.
• Collaborate with design, merchandise, and production teams to ensure product alignment with seasonal strategies.
• Manage product development calendars to meet key milestones.
• Oversee the sampling process, including prototype reviews and fit sessions.

Qualifications

This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days required on-site in our downtown Detroit offices. All candidates must reside in the Detroit Metro Area.
