Position Title : Resource Nurse

Address : Concord, NH, 03301

Shift hours : 10 : 45pm -7 : 15am Resource Nurse : 5,8-hour shifts, 40 hours a week.

Every other weekend, Friday 11pm-7am and Saturday 11pm-7am.

Resource RNs must be qualified to perform duties that include but are not limited to the following :

All duties listed in "RN and LPN Position Requirements” section below.

Oversee the units and serve as a resource to nursing staff in maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and caring environment on the units and throughout the hospital.

Act as role models for the delivery of safe and therapeutic nursing care.

Identify and communicate clinical and administrative concerns to Executive Nursing Leadership and / or the Executive on Call.

Initiate the NHH Emergency Preparedness Plan and Patient Care Services Continuity of Operations Plans when needed in emergency situations.

Monitor staffs' adherence to the Policies and Standards of NHH and NHH Department of Nursing.

Monitor staffing throughout the hospital.

Demonstrate positive leadership.
