Today, we are a leading not-for-profit agency employing 1300+ staff and providing over 80 program sites in Nassau and Suffolk. In this role, you will :

• Complete all assigned work, paperwork and projects in a timely manner.
• Complete all schedules (listed in maintenance manual) and any additional items required for program and / or building certifications.
• Ensure that the building and grounds are maintained in a manner that ensures maximum safety and cleanliness including removal of all internal and external debris, set up and breakdown for all meetings and maintaining the staff lounge area as well as cleaning of bathrooms
• Complete seasonal preventative maintenance projects such as power washing, landscaping and snow removal as assigned.

We require :

This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday 9am – 4 : 30pm), 35 hours per week

It is eligible for medical / dental and has a generous paid-time off package .
